How accessible is Number 5?
All of the guest accommodation at Number 5 is located on the first floor
accessed by a stair case with 22 stairs (including landings).
Some of the floors are uneven in places which adds to the character but does not aid mobility. If you have any queries please contact us to discuss whether or not it will be suitable for your own particular needs.

What time can I check-in?
Check in is from 2pm. There is no reception desk so it is important for
your own convenience and comfort that in advance of your arrival you
agree a time with us so that we will be available to check you in, give
you your keys and ensure you have everything that you need.
If you are arriving in Rye earlier than our check-in time and you wish to leave luggage here before you are able to check in, that is not a problem at all. However please contact us in advance to arrange a time so that we are available to help you.

Is parking available at Number 5?
There is no parking at Number 5 but there are many car parks close by.
We recommend using the Cattle Market/Channons Car Park (TN31 7NA) which
is only 2 minutes walk away and costs £2 for24 hours.
Can we bring our children for a family holiday?
Unfortunately Number 5 is not suitable for children or infants.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
Can I smoke or Vape?
Smoking is not permitted at Number 5.
Can we bring takeaway food into the property?
We ask that you do not bring takeaway food into the bedrooms, but eat in
the dining room. We are more than happy to leave plates and cutlery etc.
for your use.

Do the bedrooms have TVs?
None of our bedrooms have televisions as we find our guests come to relax and escape for a few days. There is a television in the guest sitting room.
